Tips for Women to maintain Healthy & Happy Life


Do everything a woman needs is some time in their schedule and follow a few simple tips on a regular basis to their healthy living.Here are some of them.
Eat  Healthy Diet:
It is always necessary to have a good diet to stay healthy. It is recommended that women who have a lot of natural food to get all the necessary vitamins. Natural foods with fresh fruits, vegetables, grains and cereals. Each day diet should correct the amounts of whole grains, foods high in fiber, low-fat dairy products, nuts, legumes, lean meats, fish and poultry and raw vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, celery, broccoli, etc.
In addition to the above list, you should also drink plenty of water.You should avoid foods that are high in sugar, salt, fat and more calories to avoid processed foods.
Exercise Regularly:
Regular exercise helps you stay physically active can help prevent many serious diseases like cancer, heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, back pain, while the exercise was to improve life expectancy. At least 30 minutes of regular exercise should be performed for five days a week. Regular exercise regimen can aerobic activities like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling and dance. You can even yoga.
