Fashion Week will be held for the 14th time this spring to present the latest trends for the next autumn/winter season. Latvia’s leading fashion designers who shape the Latvian fashion industry and whose collections are presented at the most prestigious A boutiques will participate in the fashion shows - Katya Shehurina, Natalija Jansone, Zanete Auzina, Atis Artemjevs, Aleksandrs Pavlovs, Anita Altmane, Sarmite Ostanevica and fashion brands „Narciss” (designed by Alise Trautmane, the Designer of the Year 2010 in Latvia) and (the Debut of the Year 2010 in Latvian fashion; designed by Alyona Bauska).
The Fashion Week presents to the public not only the works of local couturiers, but also the collections of perspective designers from the neighbouring Baltic countries and eminent fashion designers from other European countries, this way creating the platform for exchange of experience and new contacts, including this year’s appearances by SULTAN (France), Victoria Gres (Ukraine), Tom Rebl (Italy), Kristel Kuslapuu (Estonia).
